in eCommerce you need to understand the online platform.

Account executive, ensure shopee meets the market share.

ecommerce main goal is sales.

if CR is low, you need to step into consumers’ shoes, use the app and see what's wrong.

what works today does not mean it will work tomorrow. You need to be agile.

You need to experiment and learn from it.

Problem-solving:
know your baseline, whats the objective, whats the gap in between.

Communication:
clarify the objective. know your priority.

Convince them w/ urgency (know the company objective)
— — as a KAM, you’re accomplishing the company’s objective through sale revenue
If they are not convinced, try to understand their KPI
— — leverage on their kpi to help you help them help you

show those who dont believe you a sense of urgency to meet their objective in order to convince them (using their kpi).

Entrepreneurship:
going beyond your job to achieve company’s objective. create research without being told and present it to others.

Relationship management:
good for your job as well. build good relationship with your colleague.

*Master soft skills first then hard skills.

look at what competitor is doing and consider and analyse their strategy. gather everything and make a report.

Capture experiences that illustrate the 6 important soft skills in CV, use STAR method when answering, do internships/work in organisations!
